Leave your thoughts Here, is wishing all my readers, a very Happy New Year. Welcome 2021. I don’t want to talk too much about 2020, Covid, the pain, the miseries, the recoveries, huge efforts by Health workers, doctors, some noble hearted civilians, philanthropists, big or small. Instead, I want to move and think ahead. Yes, vaccines and their arrival is key to society today. Recently I met an 88-year-old fit Emirati gentleman, who is a civil engineer by qualification, and had worked with Sheikh Rashid when UAE/Dubai was getting structured and built. He has been instrumental in setting up oil stations, through Caltex all over UAE. HE IS A PIONEER. Hugely entrepreneurial and there is so much to learn from him. When he handed over his reins to the next generation and thought of relaxing and retiring after a hugely eventful life, he encountered another Project, where a lot of things were happening that seemed incorrect. More importantly, it made a lot of well–to-do... View Article

Sometime in July’20, two youngsters, Sounak and Samya, came to meet me, to discuss a Project they had thought of doing, which was an open ended but a highly topical concept in their minds, but the budget was completely beyond them. I found it pretty close... View Article

In 1998, 2 years after I started Globsyn Technologies,my first Company in the Globsyn Group,I set up the USA Subsidiary called Globsyn Technologies Inc,wholly owned. It was a very small start. But I was always keen that I had to do it the proper way.My sons had just joined UnderGrad that year,in Syracuse University, so I rented an Office in Plainsboro,New Jersy, and started to look at the USA market alone.Did a few mistakes in the first 2 years, and struggled to collect money in a new system, mainly because some of my Indian customers, seeking professional services in USA and employees did not adhere...
